Returns Policy
There are no refunds on digital products (plans). Any issues with the plans will be addressed with clarification of instructions by e-mail. E-mail support will continue for up to 6 months after purchase of the product.
All coops are custom ordered and once payment is made the transaction is final. If a cancellation occurs, the funds, minus a $100 cancellation fee, will be returned upon re-sale of coop.
Delivery Available in Texas Only
For delivery: we must be able to get our trailer to the location. The coops are all built and completely assembled and transported on an 8x18 trailer. Customer is responsible for all prep-work, leveling, and tying down of the coop.
Currently we are delivering exclusively in TEXAS. The cost is $75 within 50 miles of Lytle, TX. If further than 50 miles from Lytle the cost is $1.75 a mile from Lytle to the destination, using apple maps.
Customers are welcome to pick up their coop at our location as well. Most of the coops require a trailer for transport.
